The two fee challans you need to bring
Both are original treasury challans (T.R-6), deposited at a National Bank of Pakistan or State Bank of Pakistan branch, and handed to the medical board on your exam day. Photocopies are not accepted in place of originals.
What to bring on exam day
FPSC’s instructions are specific about paperwork and lab work missing any of it can mean turning back on exam day.
- Original CNIC + one attested photocopy
- Two passport-size photos, attested on the back
- Chest X-ray with report
- ECG with report
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Blood ESR
- Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
- Hepatitis B Antigen (HBs Ag)
- Hepatitis C Antibodies (HCV)
- Liver Function Test (LFTs)
- Urine Detail Report
- Serum Lipid Profile (12-hour fasting)
Pregnant candidates get a pelvis ultrasound with report instead of a chest X-ray. Anyone who wears glasses should get examined by a government eye specialist and bring the fresh prescription along with the glasses. FPSC also notes no TA/DA is admissible for attending the medical board.
Where this sits in the CSS process
The medical exam comes right after the written result and typically before the psychological assessment. Once both are cleared, candidates move on to the viva voce, the final stage of the exam.

Rs. 2,100 total. Rs. 100 for the health fee (C-02839) and Rs. 2,000 for NHSR&C (C-02725), paid as two separate original treasury challans.
